Yours has a vintage style headstock, of course, since it's a vintage reissue. The only vintage models with a big headstock are the C58.

Vintage headstocks, even the originals, vary in size by year. IIRC the `66-`67 headstocks were some of the skinniest ever. Yours might have the shape it does due to the original model it was patterned after.

From my measurements, a vintage reissue headstock is typically larger than it's vintage cousin (and even their measurements vary):
360v64 Reissue Headstock
360v64 Reissue Headstock
1965 365OS Headstock
1965 365OS Headstock
Reissue 1997SPC Headstock
Reissue 1997SPC Headstock
1964 RM1998 Headstock
1964 RM1998 Headstock
